With twenty-three years of investment management experiance at several major Wall Street firms, Wistar Holt has always stressed the importance of evaluating the potential risk of an investment as well as its potential reward. Wistar manages equity and debt accounts for clients on both a discretionary and non-discretionary basis. He frequently shares his valuable investment insight with clients through written and verbal correspondence, and is often quoted in the St. Louis and financial press. He founded Holt and Shapard Capital Management in January 2002.

Charles Shapard spent twenty-six years in the Consumer Package Good Industry. His executive management includes positions at Duracell, U.S.A., Coca-Cola, and most recently, Senior Vice-President Sales at Acosta Sales & Marketing. Charlie's extensive experiance in Strategic Planning, Sales and Financial Management, and Consumer Marketing are invaluable as the firm grows and services the investment community.

Charlie is Series 7 and 66 licensed. His primary responsibilities include presenting the firm to prospective clients, providing existing accounts with performance reviews, and maintaining systems for SEC compliance.
